We develop innovative products for feeding animals for human consumption, naturally improving their digestive function, defences and productivity. Thus, we also improve our diet and our quality of life.
What is Pentabiol?
Established at the end of 2013, PENTABIOL is a European spin-off which was created as a project for the development and innovation of new applications in the animal feed sector, in which they have already been introduced with their parent company since 1973.
In constant research, it was based on the design of products which improved what was initially conceived as products which improved the rates of conversion of animal feed thanks to a better use of nutrients.

Today our young company has become a benchmark project in the design, manufacture and marketing of applications based on different combinations of microorganisms, providing a unique and innovative work of our own, since our work focuses on combining these structures of lactic bacteria and yeasts which, transformed by a controlled and stable fermentation process, generate a subsequent activity via metabolites guaranteeing the effectiveness of the application after ingestion.
This type of action is the one which, being neither probiotic nor prebiotic, but having similar effects, has now begun to be called POSTBIOTIC.
Currently available, and research continues, expanding a range of products for preventive and therapeutic applications which collaborate with the digestive microbiota itself, when acting as a preventive capable of aiding a digestive regeneration of the animal's own lactobacilli, which allows it to be healthier, stronger, better stimulating its immune defences for all purposes, being a reference point in the replacement of the preventive application of antibiotics and in the treatment of different digestive pathologies.
With its own manufacturing plant, it is present in different countries of the world and continues to work on its international expansion.
Certifications
The characterisation of the product (enzymatic levels, amino acids, organic acids), has been developed under the tutelage of the National Centre for Technology and Food Safety. This same technological centre, CNTA, has defined the HACCP points of our work system. (Management system based on the analysis of food safety hazards and critical control points. HACCP plan).
As an international guarantee of our work, the entire manufacturing and marketing process is certified under the standards of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP+). which allows us to be recognised as a high-quality product in the most demanding markets.
